摘要
利用2014年广州来穗务工人员住房调查数据,研究新市民住房贫困状况及影响因素.广州新市民住房贫困相异于西方国家,住房贫困与收入贫困密切相关,住房贫困率低于收入贫困率.新市民具有高住房面积贫困率和低住房负担贫困率等特征,该特征与人群构成多元化,以及商品住房等正规住房和城中村出租屋等非正规住房二元共存的住房租赁市场有关.住房贫困类型受家庭人均收入、居住形式、住房类型、婚姻状况、教育水平、就业行业和职业地位等因素影响.
According to the 2014 housing questionnaire data on new comers to Guangzhou, this paper studies new citizen’s housing impoverishment and influencing factors. There is a large difference between new citizen’s housing impoverishment in Guangzhou and in western countries, which manifested as housing impoverishment be closely tied with income poverty,and housing impoverishment rate lower than income poverty rate. Due to the diversity of new comers,and dualistic rental housing market includes both formal housings like commercial housing and informal housings like village-in-city rental housing,new citizen has higher poverty rates in housing area and lower poverty rates in housing affordability.Housing impoverishment type affected by household income per capita, dwell form, housing type, marital status, educational level and occupational status.
