从服务地方产业谈法学教学创新——以福建师范大学福清分校法学专业“高等学校服务产业特色专业”建设为例

The Innovation of Law Teaching as Viewed from Serving Local Industry——A study on the construction of "university's industry-oriented special major" by law major of Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University

福建师范大学福清分校法学专业在获得福建省教育厅"高等学校服务产业特色专业"立项后,通过推进专业办学特色化,课程设计实践化,课堂教学应用化,考查手段多样化的改革,制定"法学专业应用型课堂教学指南",强化训练学生"听"、"说"、"读"、"写"四方面的法律职业能力,创新法学教学模式与手段,提高毕业生法律服务的能力,在推动专业提高服务产业能力,促进产教融合等方面成效初显。

After being awarded the title of "university's industry-oriented special major" by Fujian Provincial Education Administration Bureau, the law major of Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University has gained initial remarkable results in upgrading its professional ability to serve industry and promoting the integration of production and education. All these results can be attributed to the relevant measures it has taken such as the promotion of specialized major operation, the emphasis of curriculum design's practice, the application of theoretical teaching in actual practice, the diversification of examination model, the formulation of "legal professional application-oriented classroom teaching guide", the strengthened training of legal professional ability of "listening, speaking, readingandwriting", the innovation of law's teaching mode and method, and the improvement of the legal professional ability of graduates.
