闽台合作办学项目赴台学生精细化管理探讨——以福建工程学院海峡工学院“3+1”培养模式为例

Exploration on Delicacy Management of Mainland Students (Studying in Taiwan) of Fujian-Taiwan Cooperative School-running Project——A Case Study on the "3+1" Training Mode of Straits College of Engineering,Fujian University of Technology

精细化管理,是加强闽台合作办学项目赴台学生思想政治工作的重要举措。文章从简要阐述高校学生工作精细化管理的意义入手,通过深入对闽台合作办学项目赴台学生精细化管理进行原因分析,试从机制、制度、队伍、教育管理、执行落实等五个方面提出对策,探索进一步加强闽台合作办学项目赴台学生精细化管理的新路径。

Delicacy management is an important measure to strengthen the ideological and political work of the mainland students(studying in Taiwan) of Fujian-Taiwan cooperative school-running project. This article briefly illustrates the significance of the delicacy management of college students, analyzes the causes of the delicacy management of the mainland students(studying in Taiwan) of Fujian-Taiwan cooperative school-running project and proposes the countermeasures from such five perspectives as mechanism, system, team, education management and implementation, hoping to explore the new way to improve the delicacy management of the mainland students(studying in Taiwan) of Fujian-Taiwan cooperative schoolrunning project.
