On the Function of Research-Oriented Curriculum in Promotion of“Four Abilities”for Law undergraduates——The Third Thesis of Research and Practice on the“Four Abilities”Education Model of Law Undergraduates under the Concept of Connotative Development

研究型教学是21世纪中国高校培养法学创新创业人才的教学改革方向之一。我国高校应在清晰认识法学专业教学当前所存在问题的基础上,认真研究和借鉴一些国家和地区具有代表性的法学专业研究型课程的教学经验,结合国情和学校自身的情况,构建有特色的法学专业研究型课程,进一步推动法学专业教学改革,提升法学专业人才培养质量。

Research-oriented curriculum is one of the reforms of Chinese university for law innovation and entrepreneurship education in twenty-first century.China's colleges should figure out that existing problems in current jurisprudential education,conscientiously study and learn from representative samples of jurisprudential research-oriented curriculum in other countries and regions which have lots of teaching experience,combined with national and college conditions to build the jurisprudential research-oriented course with Chinese features,in order to further advance the reform of jurisprudential education,and promote the quality of talent training China's law undergraduates.
