摘要
本科生科研训练(Student Research Training,SRT)是培养本科生科研创新能力的重要手段。自20世纪90年代末至今,国内高校的SRT类项目已走过近20年的发展历程,但却面临流程管理刻板僵化、效果评价有失偏颇、时间投入捉襟见肘等困局,其根本原因在于只重视SRT的科研属性,完全仿照常规科研项目对其进行管理,评价标准主要以科研成果为导向,客观上造成其与教学相对立,未能很好地体现人才培养的内涵。SRT类项目应以科教协同育人思想为指导,改革管理机制与评价体系,将其整合到人才培养方案中,实现"寓教于研,一体育人"的目标。
Student research training(SRT)is a kind of important means to cultivate undergraduates' innovation ability.Since the late 1990 s,domestic universities of SRT project has gone through nearly 20 years of development.But problems still exist,such as inflexible process management,partial assessment of results,and limited invested time.The primary causes is the one-sided emphasis of SRT's scientific research property.SRT's management is completely imitate like conventional scientific research projects,and its evaluation criteria are practically result-oriented.As a result,SRT becomes an opposite of teaching activities,and it is inadequate to achieve the objective of talents cultivation.SRT project should be based on the concpt of collaboration of research and teaching,and integrated into the personnel cultivation program with reformation of the management and evaluation systems,in order to teach through research.
