师资队伍的转型是新建本科院校整体转型发展的关键。新建本科院校的转型发展对师资队伍建设提出了新的挑战,新建本科院校师资队伍建设中存在着教师实践经验不足、师资数量不足,结构不合理、学校与行业企业合作力度不够大,双方人员交流互动不强等问题,应通过从企业中引进人才、聘请兼职教师、引导教师到企业挂职锻炼等途径来实现师资队伍的转型发展,从而为学校的整体转型发展提供人才保障。
