摘要 对独立学院教学秘书的现状进行调查,提出独立学院教学秘书职业倦怠的问题,并在此基础上对独立学院教学秘书队伍职业倦怠的形成原因进行分析,然后基于双因素理论,探讨与提出缓解独立学院教学秘书职业倦怠的可行性对策,让独立学院管理者认识到教学秘书工作的重要性和工作现状,通过改善他们的工作状态和环境,确保教学秘书队伍的良性发展,从而提高教学管理水平。 This unique angle of view based on the independent colleges,to survey the current situation of independent college teaching secretary,put forward the problems of independent college teaching secretary's job burnout,and on the basis of the independent college teaching secretaries of burnout causes analysis,the two-factor theory is the theoretical research,discussion and put forward suitable and feasible countermeasures of independent college teaching secretary job burnout relief,let the independent college administrators to recognize the work of teaching secretary work and the importance,by improving their working conditions and environment to ensure the benign development of the teaching secretary team,so as to improve the level of teaching management.
