供给侧改革视角下四川继续教育发展的对策

Strategies of the Sichuan Province's Continuing Education Development under the Perspective of the Supply-Side Reform

近年来,四川继续教育的发展面临着有效供给不足与需求快速增长之间的矛盾。究其原因,这与地方政府对继续教育发展重视程度不够、配套制度不完善以及继续教育市场要素配置扭曲等都有关系。推进继续教育供给侧改革,需要营造重视继续教育发展的良好氛围,健全和完善继续教育法制体系和管理机制,加大继续教育物质投入力度,深化教学改革,提升教学质量,建立继续教育市场要素供给共享平台,充分发挥成人高校在继续教育中的积极作用,发展社会培训机构,构建继续教育、终身教育"立交桥"。

In recent years,the development of continuing education in Sichuan is facing the contradiction between the effective supply shortage and the rapid growth of demand.Investigating the reason,it's related to the local government paying not enough attention to continuing education development,the supporting system being not perfect and continuing education market factors allocation being distorted.Promoting the supply-side reform of continuing education,which needs to creating agood atmosphere is great importance,improving and perfecting the legal system and management mechanism,increasing investment in materials,deepening the reform of teaching,improving teaching quality,and establishing the sharing platform of continuing education market factors,giving full play to the positive role of adult colleges and universities of continuting edueation,developing social training institutions,building overpass between all kinds of continuing education and life-long education.
