摘要
设计并建立了一个基于Matlab的盾构施工数据分析平台,主要包括盾构姿态调整分析模块、千斤顶油压分析模块和管片间隙趋势模块。在该平台上可以获得盾构油压合力、千斤顶最优净行程,完成从油压变化到盾构姿态调整的对比分析。通过对上海虹梅南路工程施工数据研究表明,该平台能够方便地实现对盾构姿态变化情况分析,发现施工中存在的问题。
A analysis platform of Matlab-based shield construction data is established,includes Shield attitude adjustment module,oil pressure of shield jacks analysis module and shield tail clearance module. The resultant force of oil pressure and the normal vector of jack stroke can be achieved,comparative analysis for oil pressure changing and shield attitude adjustment also can be completed on the platform.The data of South Hongmei Road project in Shanghai is used to show that the platform can be easily implemented to analyze Shield attitude and found some problems.
