Integration Planning And Design Of Underground Space In Rail Transit Station Area: A Guangzhou Case

伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市轨道交通的建设已经进入了一个新的发展时期,并且城市轨道交通站点地区地下空间建设逐渐趋向集约化与立体化,地下空间的开发利用对于未来城市发展具有很强的推动作用。但近年来我国的轨道交通建设也存在一些问题,使得多数站点地区的地下空间开发并不合理,且利用率不高。基于此,文章通过探讨轨道交通建设对于城市发展的作用,阐述轨道交通站点地区地下空间一体化开发的重要性,并以广州市嘉禾望岗地区为例,探讨轨道交通建设中地下空间规划设计思路与策略,以期能为同类规划提供参考及借鉴。

With the development of urbanization, Chinese rail transit has step into a new period, the underground space is developing more intensification and three-dimensional, and its development and utilization is important to urban development. At recent, there are some problems in the construction of rail transit station, and cause the low use ratio. Thus, the paper discusses the meaning of rail to urban development, and the important of integration planning of underground space. Than, the paper takes Jiahe Wanggang area of Guangzhou as an example, researches the planning ideas and strategies, hopes to offer some reference to other plans.
