文章从解读国家、地方各层面对于历史文化保护的宏观要求出发,强调城乡并重的历史文化保护的必要性,拓展历史文化名城研究视野,选取市域范围的历史镇村及其保护性建筑作为研究对象,结合武汉市历史镇村保护性建筑普查的工作实践,提出历史镇村保护性建筑普查方法,明确普查范围对象、目标原则、内容要点、保护措施、成果形式和后续工作建议,将保护性建筑普查作为城乡规划编制的强制性内容,为历史镇村的保护与规划提供有力支撑。
