麻风病易感基因的研究进展

摘要 麻风是一种慢性传染性疾病,主要侵犯皮肤、黏膜与周围神经组织.由于没有有效的疫苗,致病菌无法体外培养等因素,麻风防治仍停留在对有症状患者的早诊断和治疗上.既往研究表明麻风病具有很强的遗传易感性.随着全基因组关联研究的进展,寻找易感基因已成为国际上麻风研究的热点.此文就麻风候选基因研究和全基因组关联这两方面研究进展进行综述. Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae.It mainly affects the skin,mucous membrane and peripheral nerve.Until now,due to the lack of an effective vaccine and the loss of culturing pathogenic bacteria in vitro,leprosy prevention is still in the stage of early diagnosis and treatment of patients with symptomatic.The previous studies on susceptibility genes of some candidate showed that leprosy was strong genetic susceptibility.As genome-wide association studies become an important way,the research on the susceptibility genes has become an international hot spot.In this paper,the progress of research on susceptibility genes of leprosy in terms of candidate genes and genome-wide association studies are summarized.
