摘要 疫苗是控制性传播感染性疾病最为经济有效的手段之一.HPV疫苗问世成功地降低了女性宫颈癌的发病率,并且给其他主要性传播感染疾病疫苗的发展带来了希望.此文将对HPV、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)、沙眼衣原体、淋球菌和梅毒螺旋体疫苗研究进展进行综述. Vaccines against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are one of the most cost-effective means for STIs control.Safe and highly efficacious vaccines against human papillomavirus (HPV) have been major advances in STI prevention and provide inspiration for development of new STI vaccines.This article provides updates on research and development of individual vaccines against HPV,herpes simplex virus,Chlamydia trachomatis,Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Treponema pallidum.
