摘要
随着异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT),特别是非血缘脐血移植(UCBT)的发展与规模的增加,患者术后出现中枢神经系统(CNS)并发症的问题日渐凸显.目前,对于allo-HSCT术后CNS并发症的病因分析,主要集中在感染、治疗相关不良反应、免疫反应、脑血管事件及原发肿瘤浸润等方面.本文拟就allo-HSCT术后CNS并发症病因的研究新进展进行总结.
With the progress of allogenetic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT),especially umbilical cord blood transplantation (UCBT),central nervous system(CNS) complications after transplantation have become more prominent.At present,the etiological analysis of such complications mainly focuses on infection,treatment-related toxicity,immune response,cerebrovascular events,infiltration of primary tumor and so on.In this article,we review the new progress in etiology of CNS complications after allo-HSCT.
