摘要
目的:评价碳酸氢钠和甘氨酸两种喷砂剂处理牙面对年轻恒磨牙窝沟封闭效果的影响。方法:将2015年1-10月于无锡市精神卫生中心行90例窝沟封闭的儿童随机分为3组,其中对照组采用传统洁治清理处理牙面,碳酸氢钠喷砂组在窝沟封闭前用碳酸氢钠处理牙面,甘氨酸喷砂组在窝沟封闭前用甘氨酸喷砂处理牙面。6、12、18个月后观察窝沟封闭的留存效果,并进行统计学分析。结果:6个月后,3组留存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。12个月后,碳酸氢钠喷砂组和甘氨酸喷砂组留存率分别达95.90%、97.44%;18个月后,碳酸氢钠喷砂组和甘氨酸喷砂组留存率分别达93.86%、97.27%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中甘氨酸喷砂组留存率高于碳酸氢钠喷砂组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统机械法处理牙面比较,喷砂法处理牙面能延长恒磨牙窝沟封闭保留时间,甘氨酸喷砂剂的远期实验效果好于碳酸氢纳喷砂剂,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pit and fissure sealing on young permanent molars following air-polishing with two different agents( sodium bicarbonate and glycine powders). Methods: Between January and October 2015,90 children undergoing pit and fissure sealing at Wuxi Mental Health Center were randomly divided into 3 groups. Before the pit and fissure sealing,the control group received conventional tooth surface cleansing,the sodium bicarbonate air-polishing group received tooth surface cleansing with sodium bicarbonate powder as the air-polishing agent,and glycine air-polishing group received tooth surface cleansing with glycine powder as the air-polishing agent. At 6,12 and 18 mo post-sealing,the retention of pit and fissure sealant was examined and statistical analyzed. Results: At 6 mo,there was no significant difference between the three groups( P > 0. 05). At 12 mo,the retention rates in the sodium bicarbonate air-polishing group and the glycine air-polishing group were up to 95. 90% and 97. 44%,respectively; at 18 mo,the retention rates in the sodium bicarbonate air-polishing group and the glycine air-polishing group were up to 93. 86% and 97. 27%,respectively; all these rates were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). The retention rate in glycine air-polishing group was higher than that in sodium bicarbonate air-polishing group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Compared with the conventional mechanical method,air-polishing of tooth surface may prolong the retention of pit and fissure sealant in permanent molars. Glycine as an air-polishing agent yields better long-term outcome compared with sodium bicarbonate,and is worthwhile for widespread use in clinical settings.
