摘要
由于中小型选矿厂自动化水平较低,所以自动化系统与管理系统不能实现一体化,并造成了信息孤岛现象的出现。该项研究设计了一种选矿综合自动化系统,将自动化系统与管理系统结合在一起,有效地解决了信息孤岛问题。研究结果表明,该项目设计的综合自动化系统能够提高磨机产量,从而提高选矿厂的经济效益。
Because of low automation level in small and medium-sized concentrating plant,automation system and management system can't realize integration,and the phenomenon of information isolated island is caused.An integrated automation system for mineral separation was designed,and automation system and management system were integrated,the problem of information island was effectively solved.The research results show that the mill output is improved by the design of the integrated automation system,so the economic benefit of the concentrating plant is increased.
