孕妇学校教育模式及课程内容需求的研究

摘要 目的:探讨孕妇学校健康教育的方法与效果及孕妇对课程内容的孕产期保健知识需求。方法选择2014年5月至11月随机调查教育模式改进前在孕妇学校参加健康教育的659名孕妇作为观察组;选择2015年6月至12月随机调查教育模式改进后在孕妇学校参加健康教育的659名孕妇作为观察组,对参加孕妇学校学习的孕产妇,采用孕产期保健知识及课程内容需求调查表进行问卷调查。结果观察组孕妇对于孕产期保健知识的掌握情况均显著的高于对照组孕妇(P<0.05),说明改进后孕妇学校的教育模式效果优于改进前。结论孕妇学校根据孕妇的需求提供适宜多种形式的健康教育方式和内容,有利于孕产妇围产期知识的掌握,对提高孕妇学校健康教育效果显得尤为重要。 objective To explore the methods and effect and pregnant women in pregnant women school health education on maternal health knowledge demand of the course content.Methods Choose 2014 May,yearses ~ November random survey before education mode improvement in pregnant women school health education of 659 pregnant women as a group;Choose a random survey in June,2015~12 month improved education mode in pregnant women school health education as observation group,659 pregnant women to take part in the study of maternal pregnant women school,with maternal health care knowledge and curriculum content demand questionnaire survey.Results Observation group of pregnant women for maternal health care knowledge mastering situation were significantly higher than the control group of pregnant women (P<0.05),shows that the improved pregnant women school education mode is better than before improvement.Conclusion According to the needs of pregnant women pregnant women school provide suitable for various kinds of health education method and content,is advantageous to the maternal perinatal grasp knowledge,to improve the effect of pregnant women school health education is particularly important.
