The 21st century is a new century of the rapid development in information technology. With the popularization of information technology,the pattern of the future development of the whole world is changing correspondingly. Meanwhile,the development of information technology has great impact on the education reform directly. Nowadays,the economic globalization is becoming more and more serious which makes the professional diplomacy talents extremely required. The networked foreign language teaching has a great development prospect in China by which can cultivate a large number of foreign language talents and lay a strong foundation for China's external exchange.
