摘要
GB 50341—2014《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计规范》关于罐壁设计外压的计算方法发生了较大变化:当设计真空外压不大于0.25 k Pa时,按照标准正文6.4.3条进行设计;当设计真空外压大于0.25 k Pa且不大于6.9 k Pa时,则按照附录B.3和B.4条进行设计。由于外压计算方法的不同,可能存在不合理现象:当设计负压较大时,反而需要设置较少的中间抗风圈。通过分析两种设计方法并结合储罐实例计算结果进行探讨,提出了使用标准进行设计时应注意的问题。
In GB 50341-2014 'Design Code for Steel Vertical Cylindrical welded Oil Tank',the calculation method for shell subjected to external pressure has been changed a lot.When the vacuum is not greater than 0.25 kPa,the tank shall be designed per clause 6.4.3;however the vacuum is greater than 0.25 kPa but is less than or equals to 6.9 kPa,the design shall per appendix B.3 and B.4.There may be some uureasonable phenomenon.For example,when the design vacuum is relatively large,the number of middle wind girder may be less than that in the case with small design vacuum.In this article,two methods provided in the standard were analyzed and discussed in combination with practical example.Then some notes in use of the standard were presented.
