摘要 根据箱式水冷无油螺杆空气压缩机二段排气温度高的现象,列举引起螺杆压缩机排气温度高的各种原因:压缩机二段排气压力高、压缩机二段进气温度高、压缩机二段排气温度测量仪表故障、压缩机卸载装置故障、压缩机阴阳转子摩擦产生热量、压缩机阴阳转子间隙过大造成出现内循环、压缩机进气阀故障造成真空过大,经过逐一分析排除,最终找出引起此次螺杆压缩机二段排气温度高的真正原因是压缩机进气阀故障,为准确及时处理故障提供理论指导。 With the phenomenon of extra high temperature in exhaust gas from secondary stage in box water-cooling and oil free screw compressor,the causes were listed in this article,including high pressure and high temperature of exhaust gas in secondary stage,faults occurred in temperature gage in secondary stage or unloading device,heat produced from friction between male and female rotors in compressor,the inner circulation induced from excessive clearance between male and female rotors and excessive vacuum induced from the fault occurred in inlet valve.Based on the analysis for all above causes and respective removal,the true cause was fmally determined as the fault occurred in inlet valve,from which the theoretical guide for removing the accident was provided.
