摘要
安全阀作为一种安全保护设施,对人身和设备安全起重要保护作用。常规的安全阀备用设计方案在装置实际运行过程中存在若干局限性,难以满足日益严格的安保要求。简要介绍了安全阀机械连锁系统的原理,展示了石油化工行业中三种其他形式安全阀备用设计方案,包括安全阀机械连锁系统、安全阀快速切换装置和双导阀切换型先导式安全阀方案。相对于常规的安全阀备用设计方案,这些方案各具特点和实用性,提倡在相应的关键安全部位设计中引入这些方案。
As a protective device for safety,safety valve plays an important role in reaching the safety of personal and equipment.During the actual operation of equipment,there are several limitations in the conventional back-up design scheme of safety valve,which is difficult to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of security.In this paper three other spare design scheme of safety valve in petrochemical industry were demonstrated,including safety valve mechanical interlock system,safety valve quick crossover device and pilot operated safety valve with double pilot valves switchover,and the principle of mechanical interlock system used in safety valve was briefly introduced.Compared with conventional back-up design scheme of safety valve,these schemes have their own characteristics and practicability,respectively.It is recommended to use these schemes in the design of relevant key equipment.
