One cooler connected with phosgene absorbing tower is a large heat exchanger with flexible tubesheet.From experiencing the fabrication of this equipment,a proper series of processes in the control of welding quality and the deflection induced from welding were summarized in this article.Moreover,combined with the features in this equipment,the control and inspection for key processes in fabrication were briefly described.
