摘要
挤压造粒机组规模的不断扩大对其主传动系统提出更高的要求,在介绍了现行大型双螺杆挤压造粒机主传动系统的基础上,着重对其存在的调速能力差、能耗大等问题进行了分析,提出了两种改进方案以期对今后大型双螺杆挤压造粒机组的选型及改造提供参考。
With expansion of the scale of extracting granular machine set,the requirements to host transmission system have been stricter.In this article,with the introduction of the host transmission system in large double screws extracting granular,the problems of poor capability in velocity adjustment and large energy consumption were analyzed.Then two improvement measures were proposed,which can be referenced in the selection or reform of double screws extracting granular later.
