摘要
通过分析物料在气力输送与回收中的分离设备,根据工况参数要求计算并选择合适的分离设备,分析不同类型分离设备的优劣性,并与液环真空泵组合成一个撬装机组,应用在反应器内部的催化剂失效后进行抽取回收作业中。实践表明,液环真空泵机组在物料气力输送与回收的工况应用中,在可靠性、操作性、安全性和成本上都能满足用户需求,适用于此种工况。
With the analysis of separating equipment used in pneumatic transportation and retrieval processes,the calculation based on the parameters requested in working condition was presented,and appropriate separating equipment was selected in this article.The pros and cons of different separating equipment were analyzed,then the proper one was combined with liquid ring vacuum pump unit so as to be applied in the process of catalyst retrieval under the condition that the catalyst in the reactor had been failed.It was proved in practice that under pneumatic transportation and retrieval condition,the requirements in reliability,operation,safety and cost can be reached by using of liquid ring pump unit.
