摘要
初中数学教师几何学科教学知识(GPCK)是否完备是数学教师胜任教学工作的必备素养,对来自国培班学员的调查统计分析显示河南省初中数学教师的GPCK不甚乐观,数学教师GPCK的有效建构除了需要政府、教育行政部门的大力支持指导外,教师要尽可能了解学生、践行"经验+反思=专业成长与发展"、定期参加入职后的非学历培训、业务自修同行(伴)互助等才是根本途径.
Whether junior middle school mathematics teachers’ geography pedagogical content knowledge ( GPCK) is completed determines whether a junior middle school mathematics teacher is qualified for the teaching job or not. The complete degree of Henan Province’ s junior middle school mathematics teachers’ GPCK, according to the in-vestigation and statistical analysis on the national training class of students’ , is less optimistic. The effective con-struction of mathematics teachers’ GPCK needs support and guidance from government and education administrative department. In addition, teachers should understand the students as much as possible, practice and fulfill“experi-ence + rethink = professional growth and development”, participate regularly in non-credential training after on the job, self-study in their own business, help each other with counterparts( companions) and so forth.
