摘要 应用实验研究法探索空中瑜伽训练是否可以有效促进技巧啦啦操运动员的动态平衡性能.依据实验前后所测数据对比,采用对照分组法将24位接受实验对象分为实验组和对照组,实验时间为10 w.实验前后进行星状伸展动态平衡能力测试.实验组受试者的平衡能力在实验后得到很明显的提高,而对照组受试者的动态平衡能力变化不明显,部分受试者出现平衡能力下降的现象.可见空中瑜伽训练对改善技巧啦啦操运动员的动态平衡能力具有积极的效果. By experiment, determine if the aerial yoga training can effectively promote the dynamic balance ability of cheerleading players. According to the measured data in pre-experiment and post-experiment, the 24 participants were divided into experimental group and control group by using comparison grouping method, continuously inter-ventional exercise for 10 weeks. To test the dynamic balance ability using the Star Excursion Balance test in per-in-tervention and post-intervention. The dynamic balance ability of the experimental group was significantly improved post the intervention, while the control group was not obvious and some control participants’ dynamic balance abili-ty was decreased. It shows that the aerial yoga training is an effective for subjects with on dynamic balance of cheer-leading player.
