摘要 简单硝酸锌、硝酸钾和不同浓度的硝酸钕电解液中采用两步法电沉积技术在ITO导电玻璃基片表面成功制备出Nd掺杂ZnO/ITO导电玻璃复合材料.利用X射线衍射和光致发光谱对样品的结构、组成和发光性能进行了表征.结果表明:所制备的Nd掺杂ZnO薄膜为六方纤锌矿结构,Nd3+成功掺杂进入ZnO晶体结构中,光学测试结果表明该复合材料具有良好的光致发光性能. Nd-doped ZnO/ITO films had been synthesized on the ITO conducting glass substrates via the two-step electrodeposition technique in the simple Zn( NO_3)_2,KNO_3 and different concentration of Nd(NO_3)_3 aqueous solutions. The crystal structures,composition and luminescent properties of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and photoluminescence( PL) spectra techniques. The results showed that as-prepared composites had a hexagonal wurtzite structure and Nd3 +ions had been successful doped into Zn O crystal structure. Optical studies showed that such composites exhibited good photoluminescent behaviors.
