原花青素对肥胖小鼠的脂解作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同剂量的原花青素对肥胖小鼠的脂解作用。结果表明,不同剂量的原花青素能有效降低肥胖小鼠的血脂水平、体质量、葡萄糖和胰岛素耐受性。其中,150 mg/(kg·d)原花青素对肥胖小鼠脂解作用的效果最佳。
