摘要
浮游藻类作为水环境重要指示生物,其组成在判断水质状况方面具有重要价值。盘石头水库作为河南省鹤壁市重要水源地,近期监测发现不同区域水体呈现不同水色。为了找到水色变化原因,本文调查了水库浮游藻类群落结构。结果显示盘石头水库不同水色区域浮游藻类组成具有明显差异,根据藻类对水环境的指示作用,发现水色出现异常的1#监测区域可能有向高营养水平发展的趋势,面临水质变差的风险,应重点监控,加强管理。
Phytoplankton is one of the key biological indicators of water environment and its community composition plays important roles in indicating water quality. Panshitou Reservoir is important water source of Hebi city, Henan province. Recent survey showed that different water region was possessed with diversified colors. To find its reason, phytoplankton community structure was investigated. The results showed that phytoplankton community structure was different in two sampling areas with different colors of water. According to the indicator function of phytoplankton species on water environment, 1# region with abnormal color of water was suffering the threats of becoming eutrophication, and should be with intensive monitoring and control.
