外伤性颅骨缺损患者外科治疗后并发症状况研究

The research of complications after surgical treatment of traumatic skull defect patients

目的 :探讨外伤性颅骨缺损患者外科治疗后并发症情况,并分析,为临床的进一步防治提供参考。方法 :回顾性分析我院自2010年10月~2014年05月期间收治的80例外伤性颅骨缺损患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受颅骨修补术,比较接受不同材料颅骨修补术的患者术后并发症,并进一步比较不同年龄和不同缺损面积与患者术后并发症发生情况的关系。结果 :术后中青年组患者的并发症发生率为20.4%低于老年组患者53.9%;缺损面积>40cm^2患者的并发症发生率为44.1%高于缺损面积≤40cm^2患者17.4%;三维钛网修补组患者并发症发生率为10.2%,低于二维钛网修补组患者55.0%和自体颅骨修补组患者45.0%。结论 :中青年患者术后并发症发生率低于老年组患者;颅骨缺损面积越大,术后并发症发生率越高;应用三维钛网作为修补材料,术后并发症发生率低于二维钛网修补术和自体颅骨修补术。

Objective To analyze the complications of traumatic skull defect patients after surgical treatment . Methods From October 2010 to 05 May 2014, 80 patients with traumatic skull defect from our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, all patients received cranioplasty, more acceptable postoperative complications in patients with different materials cranioplasty re-lations, and further comparison of different ages and different defect area and postoperative complications in patients with con-ditions . Results Young group of patients with postoperative complications rate was 20.4%lower than in elderly patients 53.9%;defect area>40cm2 patients with complications was 44.1%higher than the defect area≤40cm2 patients 17.4%;Three-dimensional titanium mesh repair group of patients complication rate was 10.2%less than in patients with Titanium mesh repair group and 55.0%of patients with autologous skull patch 45.0%. Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications in patients aged less than elderly patients;the tower skull defect area, the higher the incidence of postoperative complications;ap-plication of Three-dimensional titanium mesh as repair materials, postoperative complication rate of less than Titanium mesh repair and autologous skull repair.
