两社区老年人糖脂代谢差异性研究

The study of difference of old people's glucose and lipid metabolism in two communities

目的 :本研究对长沙市老城区、城乡结合部两个社区310名合适年龄的老年人的高血糖、高脂血症状况进行总结分析,旨在为本地区乃至各地城乡结合部的60周岁以上居民慢性病防治提供科学依据。方法 :本研究对一个城乡结合部社区后湖社区,一个老城区社区学堂坡社区老年人分别进行体检。后湖社区153例,学堂坡城区157例,获得两社区老年人各体检项目的结果并进行统计及对比分析,从中发现老年人中糖脂代谢水平差异,制定有效的防治对策。结果 :学堂坡社区老年人在高脂血症患病率低于后湖社区老年人,在高血糖方面两社区无明显区别。总体上看两个社区脂代谢异常的发生率较高。结论 :后湖社区代表的郊区老年人糖脂代谢异常的发生率要高于学堂坡社区代表的城区老年人,故要密切关注郊区老年人的糖脂代谢状况并提出合理改善的建议。

Objective This paper has summarized and analyzed the physical condition of 310 old people with hyperg-lycemia and hyperlipidemia in the Old Town and urban-rural fringe of Changsha, which aims to provide scientific basis for chronic disease prevention and control of residents aged over 60 years old in the areas mentioned above. Methods This study was conducted to examine the physical examination of the elderly in the old Town(Houhu community)and the urban-rural fringe area(Xuetangpo community)respectively. There are 153 cases in Houhu community and 157 cases in Xuetangpo community. We have got the results of the elderly’s physical examination in these two community and made statistical and comparative analysis, from which we found the differences of glucose and lipid metabolism in the elderly and made the effective prevention strategy. Results For the elderly, the prevalence of hyperlipidemia in Xuetangpo community was lower than that in Houhu community.And there was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia between two. On the whole, the level of glucose and lipid metabolism was rather high in these two communities. Conclusion The incidence of abnormal glucose and lipid me-tabolism in Houhu community was higher than that in Xuetangpo. (Houhu community represents the old people living in suburb, Xuetangpo community represents the old people living in downtown)Therefore, we should pay close attention to the status of the metabolism of glucose and lipid in the aged living in suburb and propose reasonable advice for improvement.
