口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体对患者咀嚼能力的影响情况分析

目的：探讨二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果及其对咀嚼能力的影响。方法：以2014年3月～2015年9月在我院接受口腔修复治疗的患者为观察对象，根据其修复所用材料分为合金修复体组和二氧化锆修复体组。观察两组患者治疗前后咀嚼能力和牙龈指数的差异，比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量和满意度的差异。结果：治疗前两组患者咀嚼能力无明显差别，治疗后，两组患者的咀嚼能力均较治疗前增高，且二氧化锆复合体组增高更明显；两组患者治疗前出血指数和牙龈指数无明显差别，治疗后，两组患者上述指标均较治疗前降低，且二氧化锆复合体组降低更明显；治疗后，二氧化锆复合体组患者活力、情绪角色、精神健康和总体健康的得分明显高于合金修复体组，而两组患者的躯体功能、躯体角色和肢体疼痛等得分无明显差别；二氧化锆复合体组满意度明显高于合金复合体组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：口腔修复中使用二氧化锆修复体具有较好的效果，可明显改善患者的咀嚼能力，提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of two zirconia in oral cavity repair and its effect on the ability of chewing. Methods Dental patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected as observation object,according to the repair of all materials,which were divided into alloy restorations and two zirconia restorations group. To observe the difference of masticatory ability and gingival index of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the difference in quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in chewing ability between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the chewing ability of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the increase of the two zirconia composite group was more obvious; There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and after treatment, the indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the two zirconia composite group was significantly lower; After treatment, zirconia composite group with vitality, the role of the emotional, mental health and overall health score was significantly higher than that of group of alloy restorations, and physical function, role physical and bodily pain scores of patients in the two groups no significant difference; Two zirconia composite group satisfaction was significantly higher than that of alloy composite group, the difference was statisti-cally significant. Conclusion Oral cavity repair using two zirconia restorations has a good effect, can significantly improve the patient's ability to chew, improve their quality of life.
