盐酸羟考酮在腭裂修复术患者麻醉中的应用研究

目的：探讨盐酸羟考酮在腭裂修复手术中的麻醉效果。方法：选取我院自2014年8月～2015年8月间收治的先天性腭裂患者60例作为实验对象，按照双盲随机原则将其分成两组，即对照组患者30例静脉麻醉诱导成功后使用靶控输注瑞芬太尼麻醉维持，观察组患者30例行静脉麻醉诱导成功后使用盐酸羟考酮麻醉维持，对比两组患者的麻醉前后、手术前后生命体征表现情况，记录两组患者呼吸系统恢复时间、清醒时间、并发症情况等。结果：两组患者麻醉诱导后其心率（HR）、血压（BP）下降明显，数据差异显著；观察组患者拔管后呼吸功能恢复时间、清醒时间均明显短于对照组，数据差异显著。结论：在腭裂修复手术治疗前使用盐酸羟考酮麻醉剂患者呼吸系统的恢复时间和清醒时间明显更短，气管辅助呼吸时间缩短，术后并发症发生率低，值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of oxycodone hydrochloride in surgical repair of cleft palate. Conclusion In front of the treatment of cleft palate repair using oxycodone hydrochloride anesthetics in patients with respiratory system recovery time and recovery time was significantly shorter, ventilator assisted breathing time is shortened, the low rate of postoperative complications, it is worth to promote the use of.
