侵袭性牙周炎患者淀粉样蛋白A、血浆钙结合蛋白与牙周探诊指标相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探究侵袭性牙周炎患者淀粉样蛋白A、血浆钙结合蛋白与牙周探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)及附着水平(AL)之间的相关性。方法 :分析2015年1月~2016年7月在我院接受治疗的41例广泛侵袭性牙周炎患者的临床资料,并列为观察组,选取46例牙齿健康人群作为对照组。结果 :观察组患者SSA、血浆钙结合蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者牙周探诊深度、出血指数及附着水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;采取Pearson相关性检验进行分析,观察组SSA、血浆钙结合蛋白与牙周探诊深度、出血指数及附着水平均呈正相关关系。结论 :侵袭性牙周炎发病可能与外周血SSA、血浆钙结合蛋白水平升高有关。 Objective To explore the correlation between amyloid A, plasma calcium binding protein and periodontal prob-ing depth (PD), bleeding index (BI) and attachment level (AL) in patients with aggressive periodontitis.Methods We analyzed the clinical data of41 patients with aggressive periodontitis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016, they were as observation group, healthy people were as the control group.Results SSA, serum calcium binding protein level in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; peri-odontal probing depth, bleeding index and attachment level in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the Pearson correlation test were taken to analyze, the observation group SSA, plasma calcium binding protein were positively correlated with periodontal probing depth, bleeding index and attachment level.Con-clusionsThe incidence of aggressive periodontitis may be related to the increase of peripheral blood SSA and plasma calcium binding protein, which has certain clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
