拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of immediate denture restoration after tooth extraction

目的 :观察拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复的临床效果。方法 :选取本院2015年4月~2016年4月收治的68例拔牙患者作为研究对象,采用电脑所及抽取的方式将所有患者分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组患者予以拔牙后即刻行塑胶义齿修复治疗,观察组患者予以拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复治疗。对比两组患者术后3个月复诊的临床治疗效果,以及本次研究中两组患者不良反应情况和患者及其家属满意度情况。结果 :观察组患者术后3个月的临床治疗有效率为97.06%,对照组为76.47%,观察组明显高于对照组;观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.88%,对照组为41.18%,观察组明显低于对照组;观察组患者及其家属满意度为94.12%,对照组为67.65%,观察组明显高于对照组。两组患者上述各指标间对比局具有明显差异,有统计学意义。结论 :临床对拔牙患者在拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者及其家属满意度,值得应用并推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of immediate denture restoration after tooth extraction.Methods Se-lect the hospital from April2015 to April2016,68 cases of extraction patients as the research object, using the computer and the way of extraction will be divided into the control group and the observation group of34 cases. Patients in control group were treated with plastic denture repair immediately after tooth extraction. The patients in observation group were treated with im-mediate denture restoration. The clinical therapeutic effect of3 months of the two groups of patients with postoperative contrast, and satisfaction of two groups in this study of patients with adverse reactions and patient and family situation.Results The pa-tients in the observation group after treatment for3 months, the clinical effective rate was97.06%,76.47% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group; the observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate was5.88%.41.18% in the control group, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group; the observation group satisfaction of patients and their families was94.12%, the control group67.65%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups in the above indicators, which were statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of tooth extraction in patients with immediate removable denture, can ef-fectively improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, it is worthy of application and promotion.
