地佐辛与芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产麻醉的临床对比分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的 :通过比较地佐辛与芬太尼复合应用丙泊酚在无痛人工流产麻醉中的应用效果,为临床无痛麻醉的镇痛方式提供更好的治疗。方法 :选取2015年12月~2016年8月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的无痛人工流产的300例孕妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予芬太尼复合丙泊酚镇痛,观察组给予地佐辛复合丙泊酚镇痛,比较两组患者麻醉前(T0),手术开始后3min(T1)及术后5 min(T2)的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR),和脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)。两组患者术后10 min的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及Ramsay评分。比较两组患者麻醉的起效时间、持续时间、清醒时间以及定向力恢复时间以及不良反应发生率。结果 :两组患者的一般资料和临床特征比较无明显差异。两组患者血流动力学波动及血氧饱和度比较,T1观察组与对照组比较有统计学差异。术后10 min的VAS评分以及Ramsay评分观察组优于对照组。两组患者清醒时间、定向力恢复时间、不良反应发生率的比较观察组优于对照组。观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论 :地佐辛联合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产麻醉镇痛效果优于芬太尼复合丙泊酚,不良反应发生率低。结论地佐辛联合丙泊酚应用于无痛人工流产,麻醉起效快,持续时间较长,安全性高,是对患者更好的镇痛方式,值得推广。 Objective To compare the application effect of dezocine and fentanyl combined with propofol in anesthesia of painless artificial abortion, provide better treatment for clinical analgesia painless anesthesia. Methods 300 cases of pregnant women from December 2015 to August 2016 in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital were painless artificial abortion, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases each. The control group was given propo-fol combined with fentanyl analgesia, observation group was given propofol combined with dezocine analgesia, compared two groups of patients before anesthesia (T0), 3min after operation (T1) and after 5 Min (T2) mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), and pulse oxygen saturation (SPO2).10 min pain visual analogue score after operation in the two groups (VAS) and Ramsay score. The onset time, compared two groups of patients with anesthesia duration, the incidence rate of recovery time and orientation recovery time and adverse reactions. Results No significant difference between the general information and clinical characteristics of the two groups of patients were compared between the two groups. The hemodynamic fluctuations and oxygen saturation, T1 observation group compared with control group. There was significant difference after 10 The min VAS score and Ramsay score in the observation group than the control group. Two groups of patients awake time, orientation recovery time, the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group than the control group. The adverse reaction rate in observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol for painless artificial abortion an-algesia is better than fentanyl and propofol, low incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion dezocine combined with propofol for painless artificial abortion, anesthesia rapid onset, longer duration, safety High sex, is a better way of analgesia for patients, it is worth promoting.
