鼠神经生长因子联合甲泼尼龙对格林-巴利综合征炎症反应的影响 被引量:4

The Influence of Methylprednisolone Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Therapy on Inflammatory Factors in Treating Guillain-Barré Syndrome

摘要 目的 :探讨鼠神经生长因子(m NGF)联合甲泼尼龙对格林-巴利综合征(GBS)炎症反应的影响。方法 :将2014年5月~2016年5月于我院治疗的58例GBS患者分为两组:对照组29例,单独应用甲泼尼龙进行治疗;观察组29例,在此基础上再联合使用m NGF;对比两组患者的血清、脑脊液(cerebrospinal fluid,CSF)炎症因子[白介素12(IL-12)、白介素21(IL-21)、白介素23(IL-23)]、CSF细胞学检查结果(蛋白细胞分离情况、细胞计数及细胞学异常情况)与临床疗效。结果 :观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后血清、CSF的IL-12、IL-21、IL-23水平与治疗前相比均明显下降,除CSF IL-21以外观察组下降更显著;CSF细胞学检查结果与治疗前相比也明显好转。结论 :m NGF联合甲泼尼龙治疗GBS能明显改善炎症反应情况。 Objective To investigate the influence of methylprednisolone combined with mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) in treating of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). Methods 58 Cases of patients with GBS were divided into two groups, con-trol group were treated with methylprednisolone, while observation group were treated with methylprednisolone combined with mNGF; factors including inflammatory cytokines (IL-12, IL-21, IL-23) in both plasma and CSF, CSF detection results (protein-cell separation, cell count, abnormal CSFcytological detection conditions) and clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group but not obviously. Inflammatory cytokines (IL-12, IL-21, IL-23) in both plasma and CSF decreased obviously after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group except for IL-21 in CSF; and protein-cell separation, cell count, abnormal CSFcytological detection conditions improved obviously after treatment. Conclusion In the treatment of GBS, using methylprednisolone combined with mNGF could significantly regulate the inflammatory reactions.
