离体粘接加即刻回植治疗后牙纵折的疗效研究

In vitro bonding and immediate replantation effect of treatment of posterior teeth with longitudinal fractures

目的 :探讨离体粘接加即刻回植治疗后牙纵折的疗效。方法 :选取2013年3月至2015年9月于我院治疗后牙纵折的患者170例,按治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者行离体粘接加即刻回植治疗法,病例数88例;对照组患者采用传统固定方法进行治疗,病例数82例。观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后咀嚼能力、治疗满意度的差异。结果 :观察组不同性别和不同位置牙纵折的患者治疗有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗前,两组不同性别和不同位置牙纵折患者的咀嚼能力均无明显差别,治疗后,观察组不同性别和不同位置牙纵折的患者咀嚼能力均高于对照组;观察组治疗的满意率为97.73%,明显高于对照组(90.24%),差异具有统计学意义。结论 :离体粘接加即刻回植治疗后牙纵折的效果较好,可明显提高患者治疗满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore in vitro adhesion and immediately returned to plant the curative effect of vertical tooth fracture after treatment. Methods 170 patients with longitudinal fracture of posterior teeth treated in our hospital from March 2013 to September 2015 were selected, according to the treatment of different divided into observation group and control group. Observation group of patients with the line in vitro bonding and immediate implantation treatment, the number of cases of 88 cases; control group patients were treated with traditional methods of treatment, the number of cases in 82 cases. Results In the observation group, the effective rate of the patients with different sex and the different position of the teeth was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant; Before treatment, two groups of different gender and different position vertically fractured teeth with chewing ability had no significant difference, after treatment observed groups of different gender and different position teeth longitudinal fold in patients with chewing ability were higher than those of the control group;The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.73%, significantly higher than that of the control group (90.24%), the dif-ference was statistically significant. Conclusion From the adhesive and immediate replantation treatment of posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture effect better, can significantly improve patients'satisfaction and has high value in clinical application.
