柴桂退热颗粒联合炎琥宁对急性上呼吸道感染患儿血清炎症因子的影响

The influence of Chai Gui Tuire Granules Combined with Yanhuning serum inflammatory factors in children with acute upper respiratory infection

目的 :探讨柴桂退热颗粒联合炎琥宁对急性上呼吸道感染患儿血清炎症因子的影响。方法 :将130例急性上呼吸道感染患儿分为联合组和对照组,每组65例。全部患者给予常规对症治疗。对照组采用静脉滴注炎琥宁治疗。联合组在对照组基础上,口服柴桂退热颗粒。对比两组临床症状改善情况(退热时间、咽肿消退时间、止涕时间)。于治疗前后,检测两组患儿血清hs-CRP、TNF-a、IL-4的变化。结果 :联合组的疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;联合组的退热时间、咽肿消退时间、止涕时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-a、IL-4的水平较治疗前均明显降低;治疗后,联合组的hs-CRP、TNF-a、IL-4显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 :柴桂退热颗粒联合炎琥宁能显著改善急性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of chaigui Tuire Granules Combined with Yanhuning serum inflammatory factors in children with acute upper respiratory infection. Methods 130 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups: the control group and the control group. Each group had 65 cases. All patients were given conven-tional symptomatic treatment. The control group were treated with intravenous drip treatment. After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-a and IL-4 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. After treatment, hs-CRP, TNF-a and IL-4 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Chaigui Tuire Granules Combined with Yanhuning can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection, inflammatory reaction.
