摘要
目的 :研究分析不同氨甲环酸给药途径对初次单侧人工全膝关节置换术后失血量及膝关节功能的影响。方法 :选取2016年3月~2017年3月期间在我院接受诊治的100例中初次单侧膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,各50例。对照组患者采用静脉注入氨甲环酸,研究组患者采用关节内注射氨甲环酸。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血红蛋白含量(HB)、膝关节功能及治疗后失血量情况。结果 :治疗后,两组患者血红蛋白含量均低于治疗前,但研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组患者的KSS评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组患者术后引流量、输血量、总失血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 :采用关节内注射氨甲环酸治疗可有效减少失血量,减少患者患肢肿胀状况,提高患者关节活动度,促进患者膝关节功能恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effects of different routes of tranexamic acid on blood loss and knee function after total unilateral artificial total knee arthroplasty. Methods 100 cases of patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from March to March 2017 were selected as subjects. All the patients were divided into control group, study group, each group of 50 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with intravenous injection of tranexamic acid, and the patients in the study group were treated with intraarticular injection of tranexamic acid. The levels of hemoglobin(HB), knee function and blood loss after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, hemoglobin content in both groups was lower than that before treatment, but the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; The KSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; The postoperative drainage, blood transfusion and total blood loss were lower in the study group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Amino cyclonic acid intra-articular injection can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss, reduce the limb swelling of patients, improve patient mobility, and promote the recovery of knee function in patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
