摘要
骨骼肌发育是肉牛生长发育的重要组成部分,直接与肉牛的产肉力等经济性状密切相关。本文总结了肉牛骨骼肌发育过程中的发挥重要作用的基因、miRNA以及表观修饰作用,对影响肉牛肌肉发育的关键因子进行了系统的分析,为牛肉质性状的分子改良提供新的思路。
Muscle development is an important part of bovine growth performance;it is closely related to the economic traits such as meat productivity.This article comprehensively reviewed the genes,miR-NAs and epigenetic modification,which play important roles in bovine skeletal muscle growth and develop-ment.In the meantime,the key factors were analyzed systematically,to provide new ideas for improving beef quality traits.
