新型1,5-苯并硫氮杂衍生物的合成与结构表征——适合短学期开设的药物合成综合实验 被引量:2

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel 1,5-Benzothiazepine Derivative

摘要 以苯肼与乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经过6步反应制得新型1,5-苯并硫氮杂衍生物.采用重结晶或柱层析等操作对中间产物及目标产物进行分离提纯,并通过IR、MS及1HNMR对目标化合物结构进行表征.通过该系统性的训练,可培养学生的综合实验能力、独立科研能力及综合创新能力. Using phenylhydrazine and ethyl acetoacetate as the starting materials, a novel1, 5-benzothiazepine derivative was synthesized by six-step reactions. The intermediate and the target product were purified by recrystallization or silica gel column. Their structures were characterized by IR,MS and ~1 H-NMR. Through this systematic training,the students can cultivate their comprehensive experimental ability,independent scientific research ability and comprehensive innovative ability.
