冲击波治疗胫骨骨膜炎的红外热成像临床观察

Clinical Observation of Infrared Thermal Imaging of Tibia Periostitis by Shock Wave Treating

目的:观察冲击波治疗胫骨骨膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择符合胫骨骨膜炎诊断的患者80例进行冲击波治疗,在治疗前及治疗2次后,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对患者疼痛程度进行比较,利用红外热成像对患者下肢红外热像图进行测温比较。结果:胫骨骨膜炎患者冲击波治疗前后的VAS评分分别为5.35±0.72与2.38±0.42(P<0.01),红外热成像病灶局部中心温度在治疗前后分别为37.825±0.571与35.504±0.423(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:冲击波治疗胫骨骨膜炎效果较好,并可用红外热成像温度变化进行效果评价。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the shock wave treatment in tibia periostitis. Methods: 80 diagnosed cases in tibia periostitis were treated with shock wave therapy. Then compared their pain degree according to visual analogue scale( VAS) and their temperature of the slower limb infrared thermography by using infrared thermal imaging,before and after 2 times treatment. Results: Before and after shock wave treatment,the scores of VAS in tibia periostitis patients were 5. 35 ± 0. 72 and 2. 38 ± 0. 42( P <0. 01),the temperature of infrared thermal imaging lesions were 37. 83 ± 0. 57 and 35. 50 ± 0. 42( P < 0. 01),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Using shock wave in the treatment of tibial periostitis has a better clinical curative effect,and the curative effect can be used to estimate by the change of temperature in infrared thermal imaging.
