摘要
研究了质量法、体积管法和标准表法油流量标准装置检定方法.质量法采用分量标定的方法分别采集压力、温度、质量流量等参数.体积管法实现大流量介质在封闭管路中运行,并为体积管装置的期间核查提供有效的解决方案.标准表法采用定点使用与定点偏移曲线拟合相结合的新方法.系统实现了高流量稳定性恒压控制,消除了质量法装置称量容器与外界连接带来的影响.系统可对DN10~DN300口径油流量计量仪表进行检测,自动给出被检流量计示值误差及重复性.
The studies about static mass method,pipe prover method and master meter method in oil flow test system are introduced.Static mass method employs the method of component calibration to separately acquire the pressure,temperature,mass fiow and other parameters.Pipe prover method realizes the operation of large flow medium in the dosed pipeline operation,and provides an effective solution for the intermediate check of the pipe prover device.A new method which combines fixed point and fixed point offset curve fitting is adopted in the standard table method.The system realized the constant pressure control of flow and high stability,eliminated the influence that caused by the connection of quadity method device weighing container with the outside world.The system can detecte DN10 ~ DN300 caliber oil flow meter,and give output indication error and repeatability automatically.
