摘要
天然气流量计的检定过程中,温度作为一个重要的参数,对检定结果有着较为直接的影响.为了研究温度对检定结果的影响,采用离线计算的方法分析温度偏差对检定结果的影响,结果表明当标准表温度向正方向偏差时,被检表示值误差增大,当被检表温度向负方向偏差时,被检表温度示值误差减小;使用实流测试对比的方法,将使用温度修正功能与未使用温度修正功能的测试结果作为对比分析;最后针对温度对检定结果的影响,给出了确保温度采集准确可靠的措施和建议.
As an important parameter in the process of natural gas flow-meter verification,temperature had a direct impact on the verification results.In order to study the effect of temperature on the test results,the method of off-line calculation was first adopted to analyze the effect of temperature variation on the verification result,the results shown that the indication error increased as the temperature of the standard meter deviated toward the positive direction,and decreased as the temperature of the standard meter deviated toward the negative direction.Then the method of real flow verification comparison,compared with the test results of used temperature correction function and unused temperature correction function,was also used to analyze the impact of temperature on the verification results.Finally,some measures and suggestions were given to ensure the accuracy and reliability of temperature data.
