摘要
传动装置在现代工业中起着传递动力、大扭矩等作用.具有设计合理、节能、噪音低、结构紧凑的减速机得到广泛使用.本文的设计采用变频电机通过带轮传递到齿轮,第二对啮合齿轮为双联齿轮,最后由输出轴传递给偏心轮机构,具有设计新颖、结构紧凑、噪音低、效率高的特点.
Transmission device in the modern industry plays a role in the transmission of power,torque,etc..The reducer with reasonable design,energy saving,low noise and compact structure is widely used.The design of this paper adopts frequency conversion motor through the belt wheel transmission to the gear,second pairs of meshing gears,the final output shaft is transmitted to the eccentric wheel mechanism,which has the characteristics of novel design,compact structure,low noise and high efficiency.
