经济中的公平公正的含义是随着经济活动的变化而不断发生改变的,不同历史时期存在不同的公平公正准则。伴随着社会发展,社会主义现代化建设的不断深入,经济法的公平公正理念突显得尤为重要。本文以此为背景,对经济法的公平价值问题做了深入研究,从社会正义与社会效益两方面分析了经济法的公平价值体现。

The meaning of fairness and justice in the economy is changing with the change of economic activity, and there are different fair and equitable rules in different historical periods. With the development of society and the deepening of socialist modernization, the concept of fairness and justice of economic law is particularly important. Based on this, this paper makes an in-depth study on the fair value of economic law, and analyzes the fair value of economic law from two aspects of social justice and social benefit.
