摘要
新手教师在教学过程中总会面临许多挑战。教学过程实际上就是一个不断决策的过程。本文通过对新手教师在教学决策方面的研究,提出了有效提升新手教师教学决策能力的策略,希望对广大新手教师有所启发。
New teachers will face many challenges in the teaching process. The teaching process is actually a process of making decisions. Based on the study of the novice teachers in the teaching decision-making, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the ability of novice teachers' teaching decision-making.
