摘要
高中体育生核心力量的训练对于提升其体育能力和竞技成绩都有着极为重要的意义。本文从阐述高中生的身心发展的特点入手,在探讨了核心力量对体育技能完成的作用之后,对于针对高中生的生理特点设计有效的核心力量训练高中阶段体育生的训练进行了分析。
The core strength training of high school physical education students has great significance to improve their physical ability and competitive performance. Based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of high school students, this paper discusses the effect of core strength on sports skills, according to the physiological characteristics of senior high school students, design the core strength training.
