人文关怀视域下的高校管理问题

现代管理学理论告诉我们,一套行之有效的管理体系,既需要依靠完善的制度管理作为保障,又需要依靠人文情感关怀促使管理对象自觉、主动地遵守管理有关的规章、制度。同样地,现代高校管理也同样如此。一方面,高校管理工作实行制度管理,能够确保高校管理工作正常有序、低耗高效;另一方面,从人文关怀角度出发,基于制度管理前提下创新管理新模式,给予学生充分的关心和尊重,也能够使学生更加自觉地遵守学校规章制度。基于此,文章从学生的情感需求出发,探讨在人文关怀视域下的高校管理问题,以期进一步完善高校管理工作,促进高校管理取得实效。
